New for 2026, the Atomic Maven 88 CTi with Marker Squire 11 Bindings delivers a refined, frontside-focused all-mountain ride built for women who want power, edge grip, and versatility in one sleek package. With a slightly narrower waist than its siblings, this CTi model brings precision and agility to groomers while still being confident in bumps, trees, and mixed conditions. We paired the Maven 88 CTI Women's with the Marker Squire 11 because of the Squire’s high performance and dependability for lighter weight all mountain and freeride skiers. With a light weight construction and a safe, reliable release, the Squire 11 is a go to choice to keep performance high and weight low.
Why we like it:
We love how the Maven 88 CTi delivers serious grip and high-speed confidence without giving up the playful feel of the Maven line. It’s lively and strong, yet still versatile enough to handle off-trail detours when the opportunity arises.
Who it's for:
This ski is perfect for advanced to expert skiers—and strong intermediates on the rise—who prioritize carving and stability but still want an all-mountain platform that can handle variable snow and adventurous terrain.
Highlights:
With a Power wood core that blends poplar, carbon, and a single sheet of Titanal, the Maven 88 CTi delivers a quiet, damp ride without dulling the ski’s responsiveness. At 88 mm underfoot, it finds the sweet spot between edge grip and versatility, while HRZN Tech in the shovel helps it stay composed when the snow gets rough. Camber underfoot ensures powerful edge hold, and a touch of rocker in the tip and tail gives it just the right amount of maneuverability. Marker’s Triple Pivot Light 2 Toe and Hollow Linkage Heel systems work in tandem to provide powerful energy transmission to the ski, allowing for maximum edge grip and control of the ski. Lighter weight skiers can rest easy knowing the Squire 11 will be easier than ever to step into thanks to a re-designed heel piece. Perhaps the most underappreciated feature of the Squire 11 is the anti-ice rail, which sits on top of the toepiece and can be used to scrape the sole of your boots clean before stepping in.
Things to consider:
Although it offers great carving ability and edge hold, this ski doesn’t quite have the feel of a dedicated frontside carver. Likewise, with its narrower waist, it’s not built for deep powder days.
Fit & sizing considerations:
The Maven 88 CTi skis true to size. For a balanced ride, stick to your regular length. For added stability at speed, size up; for quicker turns and a more nimble feel, consider sizing down slightly.
