What's your first impression of this ski? How did it feel?

First impression on this ski was positive, I really liked the playful nature of the ski and combined with the slightly more directional shape made for a fun balance of edge grip and maneuverability. I wish that the ski was a bit longer to add stability in the denser snow that’s out on the mountain during the test days but was fun and easy going.

For what type of terrain would you recommend this ski? Why does it perform well in that terrain?

This is a great all mountain and bump ski, it felt okay on the groomers but was happier skiing looser and more pivoted turns.

What's the appropriate ability level and/or style for this ski? Why is it appropriate for that type of skier?

Beginners to strong intermediate skiers will be right at home with these skis.

If you could change anything about these skis, what would you change and why?

I would love to get this ski in a 186 or 188 length to see what it could achieve in added stability and power. I wouldn’t want to take away from the playfulness of the ski though.

Hard charging with some kick out of each turn. Fast and playful especially in the bumps. Feels like a freeride ski, great for charging through all kinds of terrain.

For what type of terrain would you recommend this ski? Why does it perform well in that terrain?

All mountain terrain, maybe not backcountry tight terrain (ex east coast tight trees) open bowls, steeps, groomers but still performs in bumps.

What's the appropriate ability level and/or style for this ski? Why is it appropriate for that type of skier?

Intermediate to advanced.

If you could change anything about these skis, what would you change and why?

Nada this ski is exactly what you would want/expect for all mountain.

Super fun, plowed through the slop, felt really comfortable powering into turns and was quick and maneuverable in the soft bumps.

For what type of terrain would you recommend this ski? Why does it perform well in that terrain?

Powder, packed powder, corn, slop, soft bumps - it can float on top or cut through the crud.

What's the appropriate ability level and/or style for this ski? Why is it appropriate for that type of skier?

Intermediate to expert. There’s a lot of power in the ski, can easily initiate turns but it might be more fun for a more aggressive skier.

Confused. Thought it would feel heavier but skied very nimble despite the metal.

All mountain. I'd prefer them out of the trees with more room to move around since I found them a little less forgiving.

Advanced or expert. They have a bit of a mind of their own so you need to know how to work with them.

Put wheels on the tails so I don't have to carry them.

What's your first impression of this ski? How did it feel?

A total tank. Strong, stable, and composed no matter what. Loved it in a carving format when the snow is consistent. Struggled slightly with the straight sidecut in the tip taper zone but when that wasn't being catchy or the outside ski wasn't drifting away, these things hooked up and felt great! Not the most maneuverable thing out there and it is certaily best suited for wide open terrain.

For what type of terrain would you recommend this ski? Why does it perform well in that terrain?

Wide open terrain where you can let the ski run and you don't need to consistently be making quick maneuvers or changes in direction.

What's the appropriate ability level and/or style for this ski? Why is it appropriate for that type of skier?

Advanced to expert skiers with strong legs because this thing is pretty heavy.

If you could change anything about these skis, what would you change and why?

The taper and sidecut is a little strange since it is straight in the typical taper zone so that they are easier to straight-line through crud but in a carving format they made the tips either catchy or the opposite, with the outside ski wanting to drift away from you. A typical taper shape would make this ski an absolute weapon and be close to an Enforcer 104.
