2026 Rossignol Nova 8 Women's Skiswith XP11 Bindings

The Rossignol Nova 8 is a smooth-flexing, confidence-inspiring women’s frontside ski designed for effortless carving. It’s paired with XP11 bindings to round out a performance-oriented setup that doesn’t punish the skier for every mistake. The Nova series is all about grace, balance, and predictable control , and the 8 sits right in the sweet spot. It’s one of the most composed and confidence-boosting skis in the Rossignol women’s line.

Why we like it:

The Nova 8 rewards clean technique without demanding perfection; it’s quick to engage the edge and offers a surprising amount of power for its category. It feels fluid and easy to trust, especially when linking smooth carves down morning groomers.

Who it's for:

Intermediate to advanced women skiers who want a dedicated carving ski for groomers that feels light and easygoing, but still holds strong when pushed.

Highlights:

The LCT (Line Control Technology) keeps the ski stable and composed at speed, while the flex profile is tuned to feel forgiving and fluid. The XP11 binding matches the ski’s personality , light, effective, and confidence-boosting.

Things to consider:

As a groomer-oriented ski, it doesn’t offer much in soft snow versatility or off-piste adaptability.

Fit & sizing considerations:

These ski true to size; shorter lengths favor maneuverability, longer ones improve stability and grip.
