DESCRIPTION

The Bent 90 brings the same playful identity as its wider siblings into a narrower, more frontside-friendly width. It's built for skiers who spend most of their time on trails and in the park but still want a ski that feels modern and adaptable.

Why we like it:

It's quick, nimble, and easy to bend into a turn. The lighter feel makes it approachable, while the twin-inspired shape keeps it fun for spins, butters, and skiing switch.

Who it's for:

Intermediate to advanced skiers looking for a playful all-mountain or park-leaning ski. It works well for progressing riders who want a forgiving platform that still supports growth.

Highlights:

A lightweight wood core keeps the ski energetic and easy to maneuver. Camber underfoot provides grip and rebound on firm snow, while tip and tail rocker allow for smoother turn entry and release. The twin shape and progressive mount point encourage freestyle expression and balanced performance in both directions.

Things to consider:

With a 90 mm waist and lighter build, it is best suited to groomed trails, park laps, and light soft snow. It does not offer the float or high-speed damping of wider, metal-laminate skis.

Fit & sizing considerations:

The Bent 90 skis slightly short thanks to its generous rocker and twin tip design. Skiers focused on maximizing agility in the park or quick turns in the trees can size down for the most maneuverability. Those skiing faster on trails shold choose their usual length for added stability.

A bit more rigid than I used to be but still trying to be dynamic, smooth, and fluid with varying degrees of success. Skis on the snow, these days.

Location, Terrain, Snow Conditions Notes
Skied at Stowe in mixed conditions and terrain. Groomers, bumps, trees, riverbeds--all the fun stuff.
Did this length feel short, long, or just right? Would you recommend sizing up or down, or does it ski "true to size?" Would you choose this length for yourself?
This is pretty short for me, but still a lot of fun. I'm a 184 skier in this ski for sure.

What's your first impression of this ski? How did it feel?
This ski goes anywhere you put it. It's incredibly mobile and easy to use, but it also lacks a top end ceiling.
For what type of terrain would you recommend this ski? Why does it perform well in that terrain?
This is an all-terrain and all-mountain ski that can also function in the park. Great in the bumps, packed trees, and making quick turns on groomers. The light weight and agile nature of the ski makes it incredibly easy and versatile.
What's the appropriate ability level and/or style for this ski? Why is it appropriate for that type of skier?
This ski has a big range, but centers around the intermediate ability levels. You can be a progressing beginner or a lighter expert and still find a home on this ski due to its approachability.
