2027 Head Kore 94 TI Skis
The 2027 Head Kore 94 TI with Marker Squire 11 Bindings is the all-mountain ski with a frontside lean. Karuba and beech in the core, two titanal layers, and a tip-to-tail rocker profile come together for a ski that carves like it means it on firm snow yet keeps enough rocker and shape to handle a soft-snow detour. We paired the Kore 94 TI with the Marker Squire 11 because of the Squire’s high performance and dependability for lighter weight all mountain and freeride skiers. With a light weight construction and a safe, reliable release, the Squire 11 is a go to choice to keep performance high and weight low.
Why we like it:
The Kore 94 might be the goldilocks of the line. Its waist is broad enough to feel sure off-trail but trim enough to roll edge to edge with no fuss, and with the titanal damping layered in, it's flat-out fun to drive at any speed.
Who it's for:
Strong, frontside-leaning skiers who still want some off-trail capability. It fits skiers in regions where most days are groomed and chopped, with the occasional storm day in the mix.
Highlights:
The karuba and beech core keeps this ski lively and quick to respond, and the titanal layers above and below it deliver the damping and torsional stiffness that lock an edge onto firm snow. Graphene reinforcement firms things up without adding weight, and the Freeride Sandwich Cap Construction keeps the ride balanced rather than punishing. Where it shows its frontside hand is the rocker profile, blending an easy turn-in with strong camber underfoot for full edge engagement, paired with a 94 mm waist that rolls quickly from edge to edge. Marker’s Triple Pivot Light 2 Toe and Hollow Linkage Heel systems work in tandem to provide powerful energy transmission to the ski, allowing for maximum edge grip and control of the ski. Lighter weight skiers can rest easy knowing the Squire 11 will be easier than ever to step into thanks to a re-designed heel piece. Perhaps the most underappreciated feature of the Squire 11 is the anti-ice rail, which sits on top of the toepiece and can be used to scrape the sole of your boots clean before stepping in.
Things to consider:
It leans frontside in feel, so it's not the top pick if you spend most of your time in powder. The wider Kore 100 TI is a better all-rounder for deeper-snow regions, while the Kore 88 TI is the tighter, more groomer-focused option.
Fit & sizing considerations:
Length runs true on the 94, so reach for your normal number, then shorten it if you want quicker, snappier turns or lengthen it if you want the ski to settle at higher speeds.
