2027 Kastle Sublime 93 W Skis
SKU ASUB93W26Built for women who chase storm days and variable terrain, the Kastle Sublime 93 W runs a wide all-mountain shape with a poplar and beech wood core, two sheets of titanal, and a progressive rockered profile. It's a confident, capable platform that doesn't trade edge grip for float.
Why we like it:
Kastle running the full Twin Core and Double Titanal stack in a women's 93 is the differentiator. This is the same construction the men's gets, sized and tuned for shorter lengths and lighter weights, which means real performance rather than a watered-down version.
Who it's for:
Advanced and expert women who ski variable terrain and want metal underfoot. Particularly suited to skiers in regions that see meaningful snowfall, where a 93mm waist actually earns its keep.
Highlights:
Twin Core construction is the heart of the Sublime line, alternating poplar and beech in strips for a flex profile that varies along the ski's length. It's a different feel than the high-density Infini Core in the MX series; more forgiving and varied, less locked-in. Two sheets of Titanal sandwich the wood core, supplying the damping and edge connection that lets a wide-body ski feel composed on hard snow. The Powerzone Sidewall works with the metal to deliver smooth power transmission while keeping the entry into the turn manageable. Hollowtech 2.0 in the shovel reduces swing weight where it matters most for turn initiation, which is especially welcome in a wider-waisted ski. The All-Mountain Rocker runs longer than on the narrower Sublime W, and the Hook Free Tail releases the ski from the turn cleanly without grabbing in chopped-up snow. At 1850 grams in the 170cm length, the ski has enough mass to absorb chop but isn't punishingly heavy. Shape-wise, with a 15.8-meter radius and a 131mm tip, it can be skied in everything from tight tree lines to wide-open groomer arcs without complaining.
Things to consider:
This is a wider all-mountain ski, so groomer-only skiers will get more out of one of the narrower Sublimes. The metal layup also means real heft, so skiers who prefer a lighter, more nimble ski for bumps and trees may find this one too substantial.
Fit & sizing considerations:
Sizes long. The progressive rocker shortens the effective edge, so most skiers will be happy on their usual length. Drop a length if you want a quicker, easier ride.
