DESCRIPTION

The 2027 Kastle Sublime 93 W with Tyrolia Attack LYT 11 GW Bindings is made for women who chase storm days and variable terrain. A wide all-mountain shape over a poplar and beech wood core, two sheets of titanal, and a progressive rockered profile produce a confident, capable platform that never trades edge grip for float. We paired the Sublime 93 W with the Tyrolia Attack LYT 11 GW because of the Attack’s light weight and reliability for all mountain and freeride skiers. Thanks to a 15% reduction in weight, the Attack LYT 11 is the perfect binding option for lighter weight freeriders, and keeps this setup on the lighter side without sacrificing power or performance.

Why we like it:

Running the complete Twin Core and Double Titanal stack in a women's ski at this width is the differentiator. It is the same construction the men's model gets, sized and tuned for shorter lengths and lighter riders, so what arrives underfoot is real performance rather than a watered-down version.

Who it's for:

Advanced and expert women who ski variable terrain and want metal underfoot. It is particularly well suited to skiers in regions that see meaningful snowfall, where this much width actually earns its keep.

Highlights:

Swing weight matters more as skis get wider, which is why Hollowtech 2.0 in the shovel is such a useful piece of this build; it lightens the ski exactly where turn initiation happens. Twin Core sits at the heart of things, alternating poplar and beech in strips for a flex profile that shifts along its length, a more forgiving and varied feel than the high-density Infini Core of the MX series. Sandwiching that core, two sheets of Titanal supply the damping and edge connection that let a 93 mm waist stay composed on hard snow, while the Powerzone Sidewall keeps power transmission smooth and turn entry manageable. Longer All-Mountain Rocker than the narrower Sublime W, plus a Hook Free Tail, lets the ski leave a turn cleanly without grabbing in chopped-up snow, so tight tree lines and wide-open arcs are equally fair game. Fine-tuned for 2027, the Attack LYT 11 is designed to bring the ideal level of safety and performance to skiers looking for a light weight binding for a wide-bodied all-mountain or freeride ski. The new FR LYT Toe is 15% lighter, and offers a sliding AFD for precise and reliable release as well as plenty of elastic travel. Tyrolia’s SX FR Heel is easy to step into, offering an intuitive and frustration-free experience whether you’re stepping into your skis to start your day, or cleaning up from a pow day yardsale.

Things to consider:

Width is the first filter here: skiers who stay on groomers will enjoy one of the narrower Sublimes more. Real heft comes with the metal layup as well, so anyone who wants a light, flickable ski for bumps and trees may find this one too substantial.

Fit & sizing considerations:

Progressive rocker trims the running edge, so this ski sizes long; most women stay on their normal number, and a shorter length buys a quicker, easier ride.
