An exciting new addition to the Fischer frontside family, the new Curv GT 76 W brings a new perspective to carving technique and on-piste performance. Putting strong emphasis on edge grip and responsiveness, this wider-bodied frontside tool blends a versatile shape with a refined build, lending all-mountain versatility. Packing a powerful punch, with race-inspired technology and high-performance features, this ski can hold up to the demands of more advanced level skiers while remaining approachable enough for progressing intermediates to reap the benefits. This ski is incredibly useful given the fact that most of us spend our time on groomers, and with a more versatile shape, skiers can make clean, round turns on-piste with enough width and mobility to venture off-piste as well.

A sophisticated build combined with advanced technology features gives this ski a very predictable and sturdy feel, resulting in a high-performance character. Built with a poplar wood core, Fischer establishes the foundation with high energy and stability. Incorporating Diagofiber into the mix brings a noticeable amount of dampness, providing consistency and smoothness regardless of the conditions. What brings the level of performance to a competitive level is the addition of Power Ti, which incorporates metal into the build, providing an impressive level of power and strength. Backed by full strength sidewalls, durability is through the roof and carving capabilities are strongly enhanced. The overall composure of the Curv GT 76 W is incredibly impressive and with such a high-performance ceiling, it’s amazing how accessible it feels.

The Rocker / Camber / Rocker profile of the 2025 Fischer The Curv GT 76 W

With the shape, we’re introduced to an all-mountain application, rounding out its capabilities. We’ve seen an influx of wider-bodied carving skis with all-mountain use and for good reason. Not everyone is looking for a serious slalom-style ski to enjoy groomers on and in this case, you get an approachable ski that is highly capable and powerful when you want it to be. At 76 mm underfoot, this is a nice width for versatile use, with more width and slight rocker in the shovels for smooth turn initiation. A flat, squared off tail provides the control and precision you want from the back end, but the minimum rocker keeps you from getting locked into your turn. It enjoys being used in a turning format, with a 14.5-meter turn radius in the 173 cm length. Thanks to the E-Triple Radius, the longer cut in the mid-section and shorter radii in the tips and tails provide a highly intuitive feel and wide range of options as far as turn shapes and styles. When asked who this ski was best suited for, Tester Lauren Reed replied, “people who like to turn”. This feedback rings true with this ski as it is a highly dynamic carver and is incredibly rewarding.

Easy carver.

The Curv GT 76 W invites carving enthusiasts to experience versatile, intuitive, and highly enjoyable performance in a wider-bodied platform. It’s not always about the most impressive edge angulation or trench depth. Those looking for a reliable, powerful tool to make dynamic turns on while leaving room for off-piste versatility will find that this ski is not only incredibly useful but highly rewarding.
