2027 Kastle Sublime 83 Skiswith Tyrolia Attack 14 GW Bindings

The 2027 Kastle Sublime 83 with Tyrolia Attack 14 GW Bindings is the friendliest way into Kastle's frontside-leaning all-mountain range. A poplar and beech wood core, two sheets of titanal, and a progressively rockered shape make it lively and responsive without the technical demands the MX line places on a skier. It is a real performance ski that happens to forgive you. We paired the Sublime 83 with the Tyrolia Attack 14 GW because of the Attack’s light weight, reliability, and ease-of-use for all mountain and freeride skiers. Additionally, ample elastic travel and direct power transmission function to ensure these bindings cater perfectly to the needs of demanding freeriders.

Why we like it:

Twin Core is worn on the sleeve here. Alternating poplar and beech sections produce a more varied, more animated feel than the race-bred Infini Core of the MX line, and that shows up as tolerance whenever your form slips.

Who it's for:

Advancing intermediates and advanced skiers after a frontside-leaning all-mountain ski that does not punish mistakes. There is plenty of headroom left for harder terrain and higher speeds.

Highlights:

Twin Core anchors the whole Sublime line, alternating two woods of differing flex characteristics down the body of the ski so poplar sections supply give and forgiveness while beech sections deliver rebound and edge drive. Titanal above and below the core brings genuine grip and damping without locking the ski down. Softer in tune than the Full Race Sidewall on the MX, the Powerzone Sidewall is a large part of why the Sublime plays rather than demands. Shape is where an 83 mm waist earns its keep on trail: All-Mountain Rocker in the tip and a Hook Free Tail let this ski roll into a mid-radius arc naturally, release cleanly, and stay unbothered by chopped-up snow. With a low stand height of just 17 millimeters, the 2027 Tyrolia Attack 14 offers an impressively close connection to the snow, delivering precise power transmission and a confident, locked-in feel. The FR Pro3 toe piece allows for a full 180 degrees of boot release, enhancing safety in a variety of fall scenarios, while the AFS (Anti-Friction Slider) ensures reliable re-centering and consistent release characteristics. Built to withstand hard use, the Attack 14 combines durability with performance, making it a go-to option for aggressive skiers who demand trust in their gear.

Things to consider:

This width still sits in trail-leaning territory, so it is not the Sublime you grab on a powder morning. Progressive shaping shortens the effective edge against the overall length too, and skiers accustomed to a fully cambered carver may notice slightly less bite at maximum edge angle.

Fit & sizing considerations:

Standard sizing applies here; stay on your normal number, add a length if you want more stability at speed, or subtract one if quickness in tight spots matters more.
