Slipping an elastomer layer between the wood and one of the titanal sheets fundamentally changed how this ski rides: still planted at speed, but hard-snow chatter gets eaten before it ever reaches your feet, and it cooperates when you want to back off.

Who it's for:

Advanced and expert skiers who want one ski for everything. Beginners and true intermediates should look elsewhere, because this one rewards solid technique and an active stance. And while the new construction is more accessible than it used to be, this remains a ski that wants driving; you have to stay on top of it to get the best out of it.
