The Nordica Enforcer 94 is a more perfected version of the amazing and outgoing Enforcer 93. While the 93 was simply a narrower Enforcer 100, with 7 mm of ski milled out of the middle, the new 94 is more of its own thing. Much like the updates to the 100 for 2021, the 94 features length-appropriate flex as well as the new sizing structure. Additionally, the 94 now has true tip which makes for a lighter and more maneuverable swing weight. The extra 1 mm of width doesn't do a whole lot for flotation, it's more about the length-dependent rocker profile that makes the ski behave more appropriately in powder. Now the Enforcer line has skis from 88 to 115 mm underfoot, and the 94 and the 100 are the most versatile, with the 94 on the narrower side and better suited for firmer snow than the wider versions. We're getting the best of all worlds with this new 94, and our testers and contributors were all pretty stoked on the versatility and high-performance range of the latest version of the Enforcer lineup.

Bob St.Pierre skied the 186, but much like the Enforcer 100 that he owns, he would normally be on the 191. Bob notes that he had "straight 4's for scores!" This shows the overall high-performance versatility of the skis. Very strong characteristics with no weak points. Bob calls it an "awesome overall ski. I loved the all-around versatility and it feels different from the 93 for sure. The new build and shape make the ski more playful, but also stiffer flexing. They can make a wide variety of turn shapes and at different speeds-extremely competent and poised." For skiers looking for that variety and ease of use with a high-performance ceiling, this could easily be the only Enforcer you'd ever need. Bob notes as well that "if I didn't have an 88 and a 100 already, I think I'd just get the 94 and call it a day." Marcus Shakun also was on the 186, and as a taller guy, he could ski the 191, but for testing purposes, the 186 was just fine. All 4's and 5's for Marcus, with top marks for maneuverability, edge hold, and overall impression. "From freeride to frontside, this is the all-mountain enthusiast's one-ski quiver. All the magical dust they had in the 104, but just more powerful and a little less playful and gets you deeper into the snow. I have found that on hard pack and fresh snow, this ski can pretty much do it all." In terms of a target audience, Marcus states that "it's a bit stiff for a non-aggressive skier especially in the tail as it wants to be loaded up to show you how fun it is." A bit more aggressive than the 93, from Marcus's standpoint.
Mike Thomas "felt like this ski was built for me. It just does everything that I want from a ski and it does it all really well. It's equally at home skiing in bumps/trees/un-groomed snow as it is making big, sweeping carved turns on perfect corduroy. It will make linked fall-line short swing turns or make GS turns in tracked out crud. There isn't anything I do on skis that this doesn't do." High scores all around for Mike on his 186 cm test length, with a lone 3 for forgiveness, showing that the Enforcer 94 is on the stiffer side. He concludes with more effusive praise: "In my opinion, it's the best ski in this class, 50/50 go-anywhere, do-anything of skis and it's not all that close. Noting is better in every condition." Great stuff, Mike! Another Mike, Aidala, also had some strong feelings about the new Enforcer 94. All 4's and 5's from Mike with a 5 for overall impression. On the 179, this Mike is a bit smaller than our other testers, but he noticed right away that the ski is built differently and that helps skiers who are looking for shorter ski lengths. "The difference in construction and overall performance in each length makes these skis feel as if they are a 'custom' all-mountain ski made specifically for you when you are on the right size. The unique construction and performance of each length is going to make this a big-selling favorite ski for a wide range of skiers." Great analysis from Mikey!
New(ish) ski, great build, tons of character, and limitless performance are going to separate the 94 from the herd this year. A great new venture from Nordica in an already fantastic line within a brand.
