DESCRIPTION

Versatility is the name of the game with the Nordica Enforcer 94. Its waist sits in true all-mountain territory, with the same Pulse-Core-equipped wood core and double titanal sandwich as its wider siblings, but in a comparably quicker, more frontside-leaning chassis. The result is a ski that'll carve a clean line on groomed snow but doesn't get rattled when conditions turn variable.

Why we like it:

This is the Enforcer that feels easiest to live with day to day. The waist width makes it quick edge to edge, the Pulse Core keeps it composed when the snow gets ugly, and the overall package is light enough on its feet that you don't have to be on your A-game every run to enjoy it.

Who it's for:

Advanced skiers who spend most of their time in-bounds and want a ski that handles whatever the day throws at it. Strong intermediates working on edge control will find the Enforcer 94 more accessible than its wider siblings, but it still wants a confident, forward stance to come fully alive.

Highlights:

The narrower waist makes a real difference. At 94mm underfoot, the Enforcer 94 transitions edges noticeably faster than the 99 or 104, and the carving feel on firm snow is closer to a frontside ski than to a typical all-mountain platform. Construction is the family recipe: poplar and beech core, two sheets of titanal above and below, and an elastomer Pulse Core embedded into the upper layup to handle damping work. Up at the tip, Nordica's True Tip approach swaps heavy ABS plastic for extended wood, dropping swing weight and giving the ski a noticeably lighter feel in transitions. Dimensions at the 185 read 128.5-94-116.5 with an 18-meter turn radius. The All-Mountain Rocker profile keeps a long, low rise in the tip and a slightly more pronounced rise in the tail, which is the modern Enforcer signature, and it makes this ski more willing to release a turn than the older 88 it descends from.

Things to consider:

The 94 is more accessible than the wider Enforcers, but it's still a stiff and energetic ski. Casual skiers who like a softer flex and a more forgiving platform will likely be happier on the Steadfast 80 from Nordica's line. And while the 94 handles soft snow well for its width, it's not really the ski for serious powder days; the Enforcer 99 or 104 will feel substantially better when the snow's deep.

Fit & sizing considerations:

Standard sizing applies. Pick your usual length. Bump up a size if you ski mostly fast and open; drop a length if your day is mostly trees and bumps.
