DESCRIPTION

The 2027 Nordica Enforcer 94 with Tyrolia Attack 14 GW Bindings makes versatility the name of the game. Its waist sits in true all-mountain territory, carrying the same Pulse-Core-equipped wood core and double titanal sandwich as its wider siblings inside a comparably quicker, more frontside-leaning chassis. It carves a clean line on groomed snow and does not get rattled when conditions turn variable. We paired the Enforcer 94 with the Tyrolia Attack 14 GW because of the Attack’s light weight, reliability, and ease-of-use for all mountain and freeride skiers. Additionally, ample elastic travel and direct power transmission function to ensure these bindings cater perfectly to the needs of demanding freeriders.

Why we like it:

Of all the Enforcers, this is the one that feels easiest to live with day to day. The waist width makes it quick edge to edge, Pulse Core keeps it composed when the snow gets ugly, and the package is light enough on its feet that enjoying it does not require your A-game every run.

Who it's for:

Advanced skiers who spend most of their time in-bounds and want a ski that handles whatever the day throws at it. Strong intermediates working on edge control will find the 94 more accessible than its wider siblings, though it still wants a confident, forward stance to come fully alive.

Highlights:

A narrower waist makes a real difference. At a 94 mm waist, this ski transitions edges noticeably faster than the 99 or 104, and its carving feel on firm snow reads closer to a frontside ski than to a typical all-mountain platform. Construction is the family recipe: poplar and beech core, two sheets of titanal above and below, and an elastomer Pulse Core embedded into the upper layup to handle damping duty. Nordica's True Tip approach swaps heavy ABS plastic for extended wood at the tip, dropping swing weight and giving the ski a noticeably lighter feel through transitions. All-Mountain Rocker keeps a long, low rise up front and a slightly more pronounced rise in the tail, the modern Enforcer signature, and it leaves this ski more willing to release a turn than the older model it descends from. With a low stand height of just 17 millimeters, the 2027 Tyrolia Attack 14 offers an impressively close connection to the snow, delivering precise power transmission and a confident, locked-in feel. The FR Pro3 toe piece allows for a full 180 degrees of boot release, enhancing safety in a variety of fall scenarios, while the AFS (Anti-Friction Slider) ensures reliable re-centering and consistent release characteristics. Built to withstand hard use, the Attack 14 combines durability with performance, making it a go-to option for aggressive skiers who demand trust in their gear.

Things to consider:

More accessible than the wider Enforcers it may be, but the 94 is still stiff and energetic. Casual skiers who like a softer flex and a more forgiving platform will likely be happier on the Steadfast 80 from Nordica's range. And while it handles soft snow well for its width, serious powder days are not its brief; the Enforcer 99 or 104 will feel substantially better when the snow is deep.

Fit & sizing considerations:

Standard sizing applies, so pick your usual length, bumping up a size if you ski mostly fast and open, or dropping one if your day is mostly trees and bumps.

I can't think of anything that provides quite as much power, grip, and eagerness to carve.

A bit more rigid than I used to be but still trying to be dynamic, smooth, and fluid with varying degrees of success. Skis on the snow, these days.

Did this length feel short, long, or just right? Would you recommend sizing up or down, or does it ski "true to size?" Would you choose this length for yourself?
This feels just right if you want to keep it on the groomers and make amazing carved turns. If you want this ski for off-piste or more all-mountain, you can size down and not lose much in terms of power and stability.

What's your first impression of this ski? How did it feel?
This Enforcer 94 absolutely rips carved turns. I can't think of anything that provides quite as much power, grip, and eagerness to carve. That said, it's pretty darn demanding and you do need to stay on top of it. It can be versatile and make various turn shapes and be used off-trail, but for the most part, it's so comfy on-piste and at speed.
For what type of terrain would you recommend this ski? Why does it perform well in that terrain?
This is mainly a wide carving ski for groomers. If you want versatility, you need to put in the work as it's on the stiffer and heavier side for all-mountain or freeride capacity.
What's the appropriate ability level and/or style for this ski? Why is it appropriate for that type of skier?
This is an expert ski through and through. If you're intermediate or advanced, go shorter and hold on.
Anything else you want to tell us about your experience on these skis?
This ski is just simply remarkable when it comes to carving turns. The initiation, edge grip, and finish phase are all exemplary.
